Here at Walter Hansel Winery, our tasting philosophy is inspired by the traditions of Bordeaux, France, where wine is best experienced through an intimate and personalized approach. Traditionally, tastings are conducted by appointment and often led by the winemakers or winery owners themselves, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the wines through the people who know them best. Sometimes, this even means being welcomed into their personal spaces or having the opportunity to taste wines straight from the barrel.
