Our collection includes five distinct Chardonnays and six individual Pinot Noirs, each crafted to express unique vineyard blocks, clonal selections, and elevations.
We also offer a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from the Torres Family Vineyards, showcasing bright acidity and crisp citrus notes, along with a refreshing Rosé of Pinot Noir made with the same care and precision as our red wines.
Every bottle reflects meticulous farming, thoughtful winemaking, and a commitment to purity, balance, and place.
Estate Chardonnay
Formerly sourced from our original vines, this wine is now labeled Estate Chardonnay. It is a blend of our 45-year-old original 257 vines, three acres of Davis Clone 5, and one acre each of Dijon Clones 95 and 76. The result is a layered and expressive Chardonnay that reflects the depth of our estate plantings.Estate Chardonnay pours a bright yellow in the glass, offering subtle musky aromas alongside notes of yellow apple, Parmesan, chamomile, and a hint of baking spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied and immediately attractive, with a ripe, juicy texture that carries flavors of golden orchard fruit. The finish is persistent and layered, leaving a lasting impression of richness and balance.
Meadows Chardonnay
The Meadows Chardonnay comes from our lowest-elevation vineyard, located adjacent to Santa Rosa Creek. This site is 100% dry-farmed due to a naturally high water table. The vineyard is planted entirely to a clone selected from Hanzell Vineyards, producing a wine with purity, finesse, and site-driven character.The Meadows Chardonnay opens with an inviting spiced character in the glass. Aromas of crisp green apple, candied lime, and white pepper are layered with a subtle thread of caramel, adding warmth and complexity.
On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a refreshing and even spine of acidity that carries the wine with precision. The texture is balanced and linear, showcasing both energy and depth, with a clean, focused finish that highlights its site-driven character.
North Slope Chardonnay
North Slope Chardonnay is grown on a vineyard that gently slopes from south to north, with an elevation drop of approximately 35 feet. It is a field blend of Dijon Clones 95 and 76, offering bright acidity and layered fruit expression.
Pouring a bright golden-yellow hue, North Slope Chardonnay opens with expressive aromas of ripe peach, honeycomb, orange blossom, and a touch of toasted oak.
On the palate, it is ripe and full-bodied, with a savory-leaning profile that adds depth and complexity. A subtle pithy texture provides structure and grip, balancing the wine’s richness. The finish is long and saline, leaving a refreshing, mouthwatering impression that invites another sip.
Cahill Lane Chardonnay
This wine is produced from 100% Wente Clone. Known for its natural variation in cluster and berry size, this clone contributes to a Chardonnay that is full-bodied, complex, and beautifully layered.
Bright yellow in the glass and reminiscent of our Estate vineyards in character, Cahill Lane Chardonnay opens with intriguing hints of white mushroom and subtle musky notes. Layers of toasted baking spice and poached yellow apple add warmth and aromatic depth.
On the palate, the wine is supple and full-bodied, with a creamy texture that carries a generous, fruit-driven mid-palate. Notes of ripe orchard fruit are complemented by a touch of almond on the finish, lending both richness and refinement to this beautifully layered Chardonnay.
Cuvée Alyce Chardonnay
Cuvée Alyce Chardonnay is crafted from three clones planted in Block 1: a Hyde family selection, a Hudson family selection, and Dijon Clone 95. Together, these selections create a wine of elegance, structure, and depth.
Cuvée Alyce Chardonnay is bright and lifted in the glass, offering vibrant aromas of preserved lemon, apricot, and honeycomb.
On the palate, it is full-bodied yet weightless, with a silky, elegant texture that glides effortlessly. Subtle notes of hazelnut weave through, adding depth and sophistication while gently coaxing the palate toward a long, refined finish
Estate Pinot Noir
Although all of our Pinot Noir is estate-grown, this bottling represents a selection from nearly all of our vineyards. It is a blend of five of our seven clones, creating layers of flavor and complexity. Each year, different clones naturally dominate the blend, allowing every vintage to express its own unique character.Our Estate Pinot Noir opens with an expressive, layered nose of spicy cedar incense, ripe cherries, and crushed wildflowers. Subtle savory notes add complexity and lift.
On the palate, the wine is zesty and energetic on entry, unfolding into a medium-bodied frame with vibrant red fruit and a slightly stem-influenced texture that adds structure and intrigue. Fine-grained tannins provide balance and elegance, leading to a clean, focused finish with lingering spice and floral tones.

Cahill Lane Pinot Noir
Sourced from 30-year-old vines, this wine is a selection of three clones: 1,500 vines of Dijon Clone 114, 1,500 vines of Dijon Clone 115, and a Rochioli selection. Clone 114 lends subtle herbal notes, while 115 and the Rochioli selection contribute rich black fruit and cherry characteristics.
The Cahil Pinot Noir pours a brilliant ruby hue and immediately captivates with its elegant aromatic profile. An expressive bouquet of black raspberries, violets, orange zest, and a hint of cinnamon rises gracefully from the glass.
On the palate, the wine maintains its finesse within a focused, medium-bodied frame. Refreshing acidity brings lift and vibrancy, while a refined, silky texture enhances its sense of polish. The finish is mouthwatering and persistent, leaving lingering notes of bright red fruit and subtle spice.

North Slope Pinot Noir
Produced from 100% Dijon Clone 115, this is our most fruit-forward Pinot Noir, offering abundant blackberry notes and spiced cherry aromas.
The North Slope Pinot Noir reveals a more introspective, darker expression in the glass, pouring a deep ruby with magenta highlights. The aromatics are layered and complex, offering polished leather, ripe cherries, lavender perfume, and mossy earth.
Medium-bodied yet structured, the palate carries depth and quiet intensity. Ripe tannins flesh out the mid-palate, lending weight and refinement, while subtle dark mineral notes emerge and build through the finish. The result is a poised, contemplative Pinot Noir with depth, texture, and a lingering, earthy elegance.
South Slope Pinot Noir
From our highest-elevation site, South Slope ripens earliest due to its exposure. It is planted entirely to Dijon Clone 777, producing a concentrated and expressive Pinot Noir.
The South Slope Pinot Noir pours a vibrant ruby red and immediately impresses with its lush, layered aromatics. Notes of graphite, violets, cherry liqueur, and subtle cedar rise from the glass, offering both depth and elegance.
On the palate, the wine is refined and refreshing, carried by a graceful mid-weight frame. Finely coiled tannins provide structure and precision, while bright acidity brings lift and clarity. The finish is long and persistent, unfolding into a wonderful, delicately salty note that adds complexity and intrigue.

Cuvée Alyce Pinot Noir
Cuvée Alyce Pinot Noir is a blend of Dijon Clones 115, 777, and 943. The 115 and 777 vines are 20 years old and planted in nutrient-deficient heavy clay soils, typically yielding under 1½ tons per acre—often less than one ton. Clone 943, planted five years ago, produces small, BB-sized berries in tight clusters, contributing intensity and structure to the blend.
Cuvée Alyce pours a deep ruby hue and immediately reveals beautifully layered aromatics of supple leather, baked cherries, truffle, and crushed flowers. The bouquet is both savory and floral, offering depth, warmth, and quiet complexity.
On the palate, the wine is rounded and harmonious within a graceful medium-bodied frame. A silky texture carries ripe red and dark fruit tones, while well-integrated tannins provide structure and polish. The finish is elegant and refined, lingering with notes of ripe cherry and subtle earthy nuance.

Three Rows Pinot Noir
Our oldest Pinot Noir vines, now 31 years old, produce this limited bottling of just 50–75 cases annually. Despite the small production, it consistently delivers the most depth and age-worthiness of all our offerings.Three Rows Pinot Noir pours a bright ruby color and opens with a charming bouquet of strawberry liqueur, pressed roses, sweet herbs, and a hint of tangerine. The aromatics are fresh, vibrant, and inviting.
On the palate, the wine is light on its feet, showing a lean to mid-weight frame that carries elegance and energy. Fine-grained tannins and even acidity provide balance and structure, while the finish is clean, persistent, and subtly spiced.
